Established in 2006, we specialise in short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. We offer tailored and personalised treatments for a range of issues, from day-to-day worries to complex psychological conditions. In our practice we will provide you with all the help that you need to make the change in your life that you desire. We offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy.

Cases of anxiety or depression usually require Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in order to alleviate the clients’ suffering. Multiple extensive studies conducted over the last 20 years have found that CBT the “Gold Standard” in therapy.

More complex and deeply rooted issues may need longer term psychotherapy. Typically, this includes exploring early relationships with the significant other, and how they shaped our ways of relating to ourselves and other people.

 If one needs to strengthen their relationships skills, to reduce isolation and find their voice, taking part in a group therapy sessions may be the best approach. In a group setting one learns how to communicate difficult feelings, and exchange opinions with other group members.

At the same time we offer Anger Management therapy for all those who struggle with their expression of anger and its undesirable effects on themselves and others. Individuals who feel too scared to express anger, and those who express it to excess, can both profit from Anger Management therapy.

You may want to improve the quality of your relationship, but find it difficult to trust your partner; feel that warmth, and closeness is no longer there. Couples therapy will help you rebuild the line of healthy communication, come close together again and regain trust.

If you struggle with finding meaning in life, and if this leads to experiencing difficult emotions, such as anger, sadness, and grief Spiritual psychotherapy may relieve your suffering even if you are not a religious person. Spiritual Psychotherapy will help you to reduce and clear difficult emotions. It will help you to function from a place of loving kindness and compassion to yourself and others.

Finally, the quality of the process of therapy can be augmented by Mindfulness training. Mindfulness entails becoming more aware of the present moment, noticing the world around of us and inside of us. This helps our clients to experience  the world around more, understand themselves better, and avoid getting caught in the feeling anxious about the past or worrying about the future.
