OUR FEES

We charge £90.00 for a 60 minute individual therapy session, and £100 for a 60 minute couples therapy session, either in-person or by Skype. If you pay through your insurance provider the fee will be £100 for individual therapy. You can pay us either by cash, by card, or bank transfer following each appointment. To make therapy affordable for everyone, there is a possibility of a discount for people on low incomes. 

CANCELLATION AND NON-ATTENDANCE 

We would very much appreciate it if you gave us as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. This means we can offer the slot to someone else. If you give us more than 48 hours notice there is no charge. However, if you give us less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full price of your session.

IF PAYING USING YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE

We are registered provider with Cigna, AVIVA, AXA PPP Healthcare, PRUHEALTH, and Simply Health, Alianz and Healix. If you wish to make a claim in respect of our work, please contact your insurance provider and ask if your policy covers psychological therapies. A referral from a GP or psychiatrist may be required, or there may be other conditions of the policy. To read more about health insurance please click here.
